Ben Williams Recruitment has a client in Hampshire, Lymington, seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding Children’s Home organisation. The role involves providing high-quality residential care for children and young people with complex needs in a supportive environment.

You will bring recent senior/childcare residential experience, hold a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding Children’s Home organisation located in Hampshire, Lymington

• Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowance
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Recent experience working either as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker or as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
