The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£38,000 per year) including a sleep-in allowance, with opportunities for training and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License.
• Recent experience working within a care related position, ideally working within a residential children’s home.
• Ideally a Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent.

We are looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding provider of children’s residential care. The home itself is located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Salary Banding: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum including sleep-in duties.
