Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

Join us at Esland as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker and make a positive impact on children's lives. We offer a rewarding career with competitive pay and benefits.

Pay Range

£32,644 - £34,824 per annum, based on experience and skills, with opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Hours

173 hours per month, with shifts typically consisting of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance; shifts may vary as we operate 365 days a year.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience in Children’s Residential Care
• Full UK driving license
• Right to work in the UK
• Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations

The Role

Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Engage children in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
