You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and create lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support staff, uphold high standards, and be ready to deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and leadership is essential.

If you lack a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we will support your studies.
