Job Description:

£35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through their high and low moments. Our shift leaders help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. This role offers challenges but also the rewarding small victories.

Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Our shift leaders are motivated by making positive changes, celebrating the small successes.

Responsibilities:

You will care for young people daily, ensure smooth operations, and create lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support staff, uphold high standards, and be ready to deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and leadership is essential.

  • Salary: £30,030 - £34,302 base salary
  • Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, approx. £3,840/year, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance
