CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Registered Manager for a children's home in the Lancaster/Slyne area. You will hold overall accountability for safeguarding, lead staff, and ensure high-quality, child-centred care for young people with complex needs.

The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £50,000–£55,000 per year paid monthly. Benefits include a company pension, CPD, wellbeing programmes, and progression opportunities.

Competenze

• Leadership/Management qualification and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge in line with regulatory standards.
• Experience managing staff teams and excellent communication.
