Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a busy section, maintain the highest standards, and support junior chefs in a hands-on kitchen built around charcoal grilling.

You will work closely with Sous and Head Chef to ensure service runs smoothly, maintain food safety, and contribute to menu development while keeping Hawksmoor's standards.

This role offers progression and training within Hawksmoor's esteemed, sustainable restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strong Chef de Partie in a quality, fresh-food kitchen.
• Technically confident and organised with leadership ability.
• Calm and focused under pressure; capable of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section during prep and service.
• Deliver dishes with precision, consistency and pride.
• Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Chef de Parties.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and organisation.
• Work closely with Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to menu development and section improvement.
