Hawksmoor is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Hawksmoor. You will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and strong team performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
• Lead services and manage sections during busy shifts
• Coach and develop Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
• Ensure strong food safety, organization and stock control
• Contribute to menu development and operational improvements
