Soho House is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will prepare, cook, and present exceptional dishes while mentoring junior staff and upholding our food philosophy. You’ll contribute to menu development and ensure allergy/hygiene compliance in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong passion for food and learning in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards within your section.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service and events.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and allergy procedures.
