Qualifications

• Experience running a kitchen section during prep and service.
• Ability to maintain high food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Experience in fast-paced, busy kitchen environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Run your section during prep and service while maintaining high food standards.
• Prepare and cook dishes with consistency, quality and attention to detail.
• Support the wider kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy shows.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean.
