Cedar Court Harrogate is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional food across our restaurant, events and corporate functions. You will join a team in a Grade II listed hotel known for its hospitality in Harrogate.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience.
• Strong food prep and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of kitchen and food service operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to company standards.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Support delivery of conferences, banquets, and high-volume events.
