Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food experiences by supporting the Head Chef and maintaining quality and service standards.
• Lead and inspire during service, overseeing restaurant, hospitality and event catering operations.
• Drive innovation and commercial success through menu development and seasonal planning.
• Maintain a safe, compliant and efficient kitchen with food hygiene and HACCP.
• Collaborate across Hospitality, Sales and F&B to deliver memorable customer experiences.
