Job summary

Cedar Court Harrogate is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional food across our restaurant, events and corporate functions. You will join a team in a Grade II listed hotel known for its hospitality in Harrogate.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience.

The property offers 100 bedrooms, Amber's restaurant and bar, multiple meeting and event spaces, and generous on-site parking, well-positioned to serve both the town's thriving conference trade and its strong leisure market.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, events, and corporate functions.

What you'll do:
