Job summary

Cedar Court Harrogate is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. This role supports the daily operations to deliver exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events.

You will work closely with the Guest Service Team to ensure high standards, handle high-volume events, and contribute to a collaborative, lively kitchen environment with on-site meals and employee discounts.

Job description

Set on the edge of Harrogate's historic centre, Cedar Court Harrogate is a Grade II listed hotel with a well-established reputation in one of Yorkshire's most sought-after destinations. The property offers 100 bedrooms, Amber's restaurant and bar, multiple meeting and event spaces, and generous on-site parking, well-positioned to serve both the town's thriving conference trade and its strong leisure market.

We’re searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotel. This is an opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:
