We are looking for a passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team here at ROKA Canary Wharf. As a ROKA Senior Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Our Senior Chefs de Partie are hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about all things food.

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004 in Charlotte Street, our London collection has grown to include venues in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, and Aldwych. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience. (RO) symbolizes the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. ROKA is proud to be part of the Azumi collection.

Main Duties

As a Senior Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipes
• Maintain mis-en-place at sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during service, while controlling food quality, consistency, appearance, and taste
• Train junior team members
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Oversee correct handling of raw products and ensure quantities are prepared according to recipes
