Job summary

Dante Mayfair, part of Maybourne Group, seeks an exceptional Senior Chef de Partie to join its luxury kitchen in Mayfair, London. You will lead a section, train juniors, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service in a fast-paced, world-class hotel environment.

The role offers opportunities to excel under renowned chefs, collaborate with Front of House, and contribute to a celebrated dining program across Italian-inspired cuisine and cocktails.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to supervise and guide more junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• The preparation and service of food within Dante Mayfair.
• Lead and support a team of Commis Chefs, Demi Chef de Parties and Chef de Parties on your section.
• Ensure highest standards are maintained and lead by example.
• Maintain kitchen areas, equipment and utensils to a high standard.
• Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control, guiding junior colleagues.
• Prepare food requisitions when required.
• Maintain effective relationship with Front of House.

As Senior Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

• The preparation and service of food within Dante Mayfair.
• Lead and support a team of Commis Chefs, Demi Chef de Parties and Chef de Parties on your section.
• Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and leading by example.
• Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept well-maintained.
• Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control, guiding and advising more junior colleagues.
• Preparing food requisitions where required.
• Maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with Front of House colleagues.

Successful candidates for our Senior Chef de Partie opportunity will:

• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Have a passion for guest service and quality standards
• Have experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Have experience with supervising and guiding more junior colleagues
• Hotel experience would be beneficial, however, not essential
• You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner, and who wants to be challenged and developed.
