Job summary

Annabels, the private members’ club at 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs, is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team and oversee a section. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of dishes, guiding junior chefs, and contributing to the vibrant, seasonally driven menus crafted by a team of world-class chefs.

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy destination restaurant.
• Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Run a section ensuring the quality of dishes is consistent and meets Head Chef standards.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Chef de Partie to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabels, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabels at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Senior Chef de Partie you will effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. You will be responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervise to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
