Job summary

The Birley Clubs’ Annabel’s Private Dining Team in London seeks a passionate waiter to join its high‑end private dining environment at 46 Berkeley Square. You will be part of a front‑of‑house team delivering outstanding service and supporting the Head Waiter in the section.

There are opportunities to work across Annabel’s venues when Private Dining Rooms are quieter, with extensive training and career development and staff discounts. Meals on duty are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant or private members’ club.
• Passion for food and delivering high levels of service.
• Charismatic and confident communicators.
• Excellent team players with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Keen to develop knowledge on menu, wine, and cocktail lists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of service as part of the front‑of‑house team.

Waiter – Annabel's Private Dining Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic waiter to join the Private Dining team at our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world‑class chefs, sommeliers and mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As a waiter you will be a key part of the front‑of‑house team delivering the highest levels of service and supporting and working closely with the Head Waiter in the section. You will also have the opportunity to work in other restaurants across Annabel's when the Private Dining Rooms are quiet.
