Job summary

Annabel's in London is seeking a motivated Pastry Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Pastry and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations within a prestigious private members' club. You will contribute to pastry production across several outlets and ensure top-quality delivery for all courses.

You'll supervise and develop junior team members, maintain high standards of pastry preparation, and communicate effectively across sections to keep service smooth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Junior Sous Chef.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced high-quality restaurant or private club.
• Passion for pastry and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
• Excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Supervise and develop junior brigade members.
• Maintain highest standards of pastry preparation and delivery.
• Communicate effectively across all kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.

We are looking for a motivated and talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel's. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences. As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the more junior members of the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
