Job summary

RB Holdings is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Upper Floors Kitchen at 5 Hertford Street in London to deliver exceptional Italian-inspired dishes with seasonal, fresh ingredients.

You will join a collaborative team focused on culinary excellence and guest experience, working a 5-day week with rota-wide 48-hour weeks, including bank holidays off. This role offers strong progression and a competitive package.

Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, Nico's and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Upper Floors Kitchen at 5 Hertford Street, with the opportunity to earn up to £42,000 p/a!

Working Hours:

• 5 day working week between Monday - Saturday.
• 48 hours a week on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
