Job summary

H Beauty – Silverburn, Glasgow is seeking two Senior Chef de Partie to join a luxury culinary team. You’ll cook luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes in a high-end setting, while taking ownership of your section and upholding the highest standards.

The role offers immediate interviews, a £15.00 per hour rate, and a path to develop your culinary career within a premium Harrods environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• A genuine passion for food and high-quality presentation.
• Experience within a high-end restaurant, hotel, hospitality or premium catering environment is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergen standards.
• The ambition to develop and progress your culinary career.
• The confidence to take responsibility for your section and support junior team members.
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes.
• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistently high standards.
• Producing food with excellent quality, presentation and attention to detail.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Helping to coach and develop junior chefs.
