Job summary

Eurest is recruiting two Chef de Partie for H Beauty at Silverburn, Glasgow, offering £15 per hour with immediate interviews in a luxury setting.

You will prepare luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes, maintain high standards of presentation and food safety, and support junior team members.

Work within the Harrods environment, receive full training and progression opportunities, plus a 25% staff discount.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Passion for food and high-quality presentation.
• Experience in high-end hospitality environments is desirable.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

• Preparing and cooking luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes
• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistently high standards
• Producing food with excellent quality, presentation and attention to detail
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Helping to coach and develop junior chefs
• Maintaining excellent food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
• Working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

We’re looking for two passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Parties to join the culinary team at H Beauty, Silverburn, Glasgow – a luxury destination owned by Harrods.

• Good knowledge of food safety and allergen standards

• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
