Job summary

Search is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel in Lanarkshire for a Chef de Partie (permanent). The role is based in Glasgow (G72 9UE) with an annual salary of £35,000 and approximately 45 hours per week.

The successful candidate will bring Chef de Partie experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well within a brigade. The package includes meals on duty, staff discounts, 28 days’ leave, pension, gratuities and more.
