You will help develop and expand our tunnelling capability and assist with strategic bids while growing your professional network across the market.

Qualifications

• Degree (ideally MSc or equivalent) with Chartered status in civil or structural engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills to lead tunnelling design teams.
• Experience in project management, client relationships, and commercial planning.
• Proven tunnelling design experience with advanced soil models and numerical modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and expand the tunnelling capability within the team.
• Lead tunnelling design and project management across multiple sectors.
• Assist the Tunnelling team with strategic bids and business development.
• Build and maintain networks of contacts to grow tunnelling disciplines.
• Mentor early career team members and integrate with market leads.
