W P RECRUITMENT HR LTD is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to lead building surveying commissions across commercial, residential and public sector assets on the Isle of Wight.

You will prepare professional reports, specifications and schedules of work, undertake condition surveys, act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent, and provide technical oversight to junior colleagues while contributing to standards and templates.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology and building pathology.
• Experience delivering contract administration and project work.
• Excellent report-writing and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving ability.
