The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Senior Charge Nurse to lead the Clinical Research Facility in Manchester. You will oversee ward‑level operations, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate activity across outpatient, day‑case and inpatient areas while upholding high standards of oncology care within a research‑active setting.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current UK practice.
• Experience in ward or unit management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage patient flow and staffing.

• Attend clinical team meetings and ensure effective cross‑discipline communication.
