Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the CRF unit on a regular basis, considering patient acuity and trial requirements.
• Mentor and supervise junior nurses and support staff within the CRF.
• Support the Unit Manager in implementing service changes and maintaining research standards.
