Job summary

Zenith Vehicles in the UK is seeking a Senior Change Lead to join our Commercial Change & Implementation team. You will lead change across operations, from discovery through adoption, working with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable benefits.

Based in Leeds or Altrincham with agile working, the role combines change management, project delivery and continuous improvement. You will engage senior stakeholders, run workshops, and help build capability and best practice across the

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Ability to blend change management, project delivery and continuous improvement for outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and customers.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies, ideally Prosci.
• Strong project delivery experience with Prince2, APM or Agile.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change initiatives from concept through to successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with operational teams, customers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value.
• Apply a blend of project management, change management and CI methodologies to deliver outcomes.
• Use Prosci change management principles to engage stakeholders and drive sustainable adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and discovery sessions to understand challenges and gather requirements.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, including Directors and customer representatives.
• Identify and deliver improvements to customer journeys, processes and performance.
• Collaborate with Group Technology & Change colleagues on larger transformation programmes while ensuring delivery.
• Support governance activities, project planning, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Coach peers across projects to build capability and share best practice.
