Senior Change & Transformation Manager

Altum Consulting is working with a well‑established international business to bring in a Senior Change & Transformation Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a respected organization as it strengthens its transformation capability and delivers key strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Change Management framework across strategic transformation programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in communication, engagement, and capability development.
• Drive alignment between business goals and change activity, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor adoption and benefit realisation.
• Build and empower a network of internal change champions across regions and functions.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen organisational change capability.
• Anticipate and manage resistance to change, fostering a culture of collaboration, readiness, and accountability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring programmes achieve sustainable results.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience leading large‑scale, multi‑dimensional change initiatives in complex organisations.
• Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working across international and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
