Qualifications

• Experience working within complex, high-assurance or highly regulated environments, either within government, consulting, or industry.
• Delivery experience across large-scale programmes, such as capability development, research and innovation, digital transformation, strategic planning, or operational support.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact for clients.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, client pitches, and business development activities.
