Job summary

SGN seeks a Change Management Director to lead the people side of a major Property Transformation Programme in a hybrid UK setting. You will drive change strategy, readiness, communications and adoption across offices, workplaces, and technology deployments to maintain resilience and business continuity.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will build a strong Change Management Office, collaborate with executives, HR, IT and regulators, and ensure sustainable benefits and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading organisational change across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to deliver change for major property, workplace or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong expertise in change strategy, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and organisational adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Change Management Strategy for the Property Transformation Programme from mobilisation through to business-as-usual.
• Lead organisational change, business readiness, employee engagement, communications and adoption activities.
• Build sponsorship with executive leaders, HR, IT, and other partners to enable smooth transitions.
• Establish governance and adoption frameworks, with readiness assessments and transition planning.
• Lead the Change Management Office, manage external partners, and ensure lasting benefits and positive employee experience.
• Measure adoption of new workplaces and technologies to safeguard continuity and resilience.
