Job summary

SGN is seeking a PMO Manager to establish and lead the Programme Management Office for a major property transformation programme. The role delivers governance, controls and strategic insight to successfully manage a portfolio spanning property, technology, cyber security and organisational change.

You will work with the Programme Director and senior stakeholders to monitor performance, manage finances and benefits, and drive continuous improvement across multiple complex workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant PMO leadership experience in major transformation or capital programmes.
• Proven governance, planning, controls and executive reporting capabilities.
• Strong commercial and financial management including forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level influencing.
• Knowledge of MSP/PRINCE2/ PMI / APM methods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Programme Management Office for the transformation programme.
• Provide governance, programme controls, integrated planning and reporting.
• Coordinate workstreams across property, technology, cyber security and organisational change.
• Monitor performance, financial controls, resources and benefits realisation.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practice.
• Foster transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across workstreams.
