• Take overall accountability for successful delivery of the multi-year property transformation programme.
• Lead multiple workstreams and partners to deliver on strategy and benefits.
• Establish programme governance, controls and assurance for delivery.
• Manage programme budget, forecasting and supplier relationships.
• Engage with Executive and Board-level stakeholders throughout delivery.
