Job summary

Greencore is hiring a SAP Programme Planner for a 6-month Inside IR35 contract. Based in Spalding, the role offers remote work with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management processes and tools (MS Project, Jira).
• S4 Hana / SAP programme experience.
• Experience leading programme management: tracking progress, status reporting, RAID, team orchestration.
• Understanding of technology implementations.
• Strong project planning credentials (PMP/PRINCE2 or similar).
• Expert capacity planning.
• Budget management capability.
• Organised with a big-picture, outcome-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence.
• Strategic thinker with pragmatic attention to detail.
• Big Four consulting experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed planning of the transformation project.
• Manage capacity planning and raise resourcing flags with SLT.
• Control all change management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans and ensure integration across workstreams.
• QA status updates from key workstreams and PMO for code-change activity.
• Define approaches to lead people resourcing and capacity planning.
• Support upskilling and capability building within the project team.
• Oversee project budget and related reporting.
