Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to lead the organisational change management workstream for an SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The role focuses on preparing the business for the transition, driving user adoption and managing people-side impacts across functions. Key responsibilities include developing the change strategy, conducting impact assessments, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating training programs while working across business and IT teams in a complex

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Change Manager on large SAP transformations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall change management strategy and plan for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify changes to business processes, roles, responsibilities and ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organisation.
• Develop and oversee training strategies, materials and end-user training programmes.
• Manage business readiness activities, including change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption tracking.
• Work closely with SAP functional leads, programme management and business stakeholders to embed new processes and ways of working.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and drive user engagement.
• Monitor change adoption, measure effectiveness and report progress, risks and issues to programme leadership.
