Castle Hospitality are working in partnership with an award-winning pub in East Yorkshire is on the lookout for a talented and motivated chef to join their friendly kitchen team.

You’ll work closely with the head chef and senior leadership to support, inspire, and guide a well-established kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to progress in a high-level culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
2. Supervising and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations
3. Managing stock and placing orders
4. Contributing to the ongoing training and development of team members

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. Experience at Chef de Partie level or above
2. Confidence in leading and motivating a team
3. Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
4. A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
5. Right to work in the UK
