Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

What You Bring:
  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and your team equipped with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Forward-thinking problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions.
What We Look For:
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, safety, and financial performance.
