Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd in Towcester, Northamptonshire is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a diverse, high-energy kitchen team. The role offers a salary of up to £32,000–£33,000 per annum, with overtime potential and UK driving licence preferred.

You will deliver quality across retail and hospitality, support senior chefs, maintain HACCP, and contribute to menu development. Evening and weekend work are required; Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate is desirable and COSHH/HACCP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience across retail, restaurant, hospitality and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and service across retail, restaurant, hospitality and kitchen teams.
• Support senior chefs in planning and executing catering services while maintaining food safety.
• Collaborate with stores team to meet business demands.
• Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas.
