Job summary

Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the team delivering high-quality catering for up to 600 residents, students and staff. You will work with fresh ingredients and follow provided recipes to ensure tasty, healthy meals are produced with care.

The role offers a regular 37-hour week, shifts across 7 days, and a Christmas closure. NVQ3 catering or equivalent and Level 2 Food Hygiene are required, with experience as a CDP in a professional

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent catering qualification.
• Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience working as a CDP in a professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hospitality service to students, staff, and guests.
• Manage your designated kitchen station and prepare it for service.
• Cook and produce high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and provided recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure correct food storage, labelling, and rotation.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
