Hunter Dunning Ltd. is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant in Leeds to support commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage projects. The role involves Principal Designer duties, CDM compliance and design risk management, with potential progression into management.

You will work across varied sectors, coordinating with clients and stakeholders while ensuring regulatory adherence. A strong CDM background and license for site visits are essential, with flexible remote options available.

Qualifications

• Proven Principal Designer or CDM Adviser experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Relevant construction, engineering or professional degree.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Confident client and stakeholder communication.
• Full driving licence for site visits.
• Memberships such as APS, IOSH, RICS or CIOB are preferred.
