Hunter Dunning is recruiting a Senior CDM Principal Designer for a Clerkenwell-based role. You will oversee CDM compliance and health and safety coordination across large-scale projects in the UK and internationally, collaborating with architects, engineers and consultants.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of CDM Principal Designer experience, strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and proven independent management skills. Hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office is offered.

• Thorough knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and statutory duties.
• Proven independent management of Principal Designer responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projects.
• Strong communication, design risk management and professional judgement.
• Experience on larger developments and relevant memberships advantageous.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE

A Senior CDM Principal Designer job is available with a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice in Clerkenwell, East Central London. This opportunity suits an experienced professional with at least five years of CDM Principal Designer experience, strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and the ability to manage design risk independently. Working alongside architects, engineers and specialist consultants, you will oversee CDM compliance and health and safety coordination across large-scale, technically complex construction projects in the UK and internationally.

Role & Responsibilities
