Hunter Dunning Limited in Leeds seeks a Senior CDM Consultant to support commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage projects with strong CDM knowledge. You will advise clients, coordinate design risk, support statutory compliance and help develop an established CDM service.

The role offers remote and flexible working arrangements, alongside potential progression into management. You will undertake site visits, prepare Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files, and

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven CDM Principal Designer or CDM Adviser experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication.
• Full driving licence for site visits.
• Membership of APS, IOSH, RICS or CIOB preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015.
• Provide CDM Client Adviser services.
• Manage health and safety during pre-construction.
• Prepare Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files.
• Develop client relationships and support service growth.
• Undertake site visits, review design risks and communicate residual risks to project stakeholders; support occupational health and safety procedures across the wider practice.
