An excellent opportunity for a Senior CDM Advisor / CDM Advisor to work with an employee-owned, award-winning international Architectural Practice, well known for their established footprint across landmark projects and employee benefits.

This role is ideal for a Senior CDM Advisor, or a CDM Advisor with CMIOSH or NEBOSH certification, with a strong background in Health & Safety.

Office:

• Location: London
• Hours: 9:00-17:30, Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Advise project design team members and client organizations on Health and Safety risk management and statutory duties, in accordance with UK (or internationally relevant) CDM regulations.
• Support and advise in-house design teams to promote best practice standards across global offices.
• Review projects and designs, prioritizing CDM PD appointed projects, and advise on others to ensure office-wide consistency in pre-construction health and safety standards.
• Assist in collating, organizing, and providing pre-construction information to clients.
• Manage and coordinate health and safety aspects during the pre-construction phase.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering CDM/H&S consultancy services
• Proficiency in CAD (preferred)
• CMIOSH or NEBOSH certification
• Degree in architecture, architectural technology, or construction/engineering
