Bellrock Compliance is looking to expand our team of CDM consultants. This exciting role involves working on various projects across the public and private sectors, including new builds, refurbishments, tall building remediation, and maintenance schemes, NHS, universities, and data centers.

The role requires working on multiple projects across London, the Home Counties, and the Southeast, involving site visits, reporting, and representing Bellrock Compliance to clients and contractors. Our Safety Compliance team is growing rapidly, with excellent opportunities for training and development.

We seek enthusiastic individuals demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely and compliantly. We maintain high health and safety standards and expect professionals to undertake CDMA/PD roles with a professional, constructive, and collaborative approach. Client engagement is highly valued in our success.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in providing peace of mind to our customers. As a CDM Consultant with Nifes, you will:

• Fulfill the duties of the Principal Designer under CDM 2015, including supporting the client as a CDM-Advisor where necessary.
• Apply knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and relevant legislation at project level.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate pre-construction phases to identify and control risks related to construction, maintenance, and use of the building.
• Work with clients to gather and assess preconstruction information, identify gaps, and advise on solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, especially in high-rise residential refurbishment, development, and commercial sectors.
• Attend client meetings, conduct site inspections, and deliver high-quality reports on time.
• Provide clear health and safety guidance and coaching throughout project stages.
• Manage Health & Safety Files and support financial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Explore cross-selling opportunities within Bellrock teams.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to energize our business as a CDM Consultant, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, with CDM/Health and Safety expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 and relevant legislation.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• Membership of IMaPs or IOSH is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across London, Home Counties, and the Southeast.
• Motivation, communication skills, and organizational ability.
• Confidence in verbal and written communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and a passion for development.
• Ownership mindset, accountability, and a desire to make a difference.

Working arrangements

We promote flexible and remote working where possible. The role involves working from home with occasional visits to Northampton, Leicester, or London offices. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
