Job summary

OpenText, a global leader in information management, seeks an experienced Senior CCM Consultant to lead design, implementation, and modernization of Customer Communications Management solutions. You will partner with enterprise clients to transform communications through cloud adoption, process optimization, and scalable platforms.

In this role you will mentor teams, drive migration programs, and ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance while delivering omnichannel experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise CCM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CCM, document generation, orchestration, omnichannel engagement, and customer journey communications.
• Experience with SaaS transformation and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with API-first design, identity management, containerization, and iPaaS solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, business analysis, and roadmap development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, ECM, Digital Experience, and BPM platforms.
• Cloud or enterprise architecture certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Solution Architecture: Serve as a CCM SME for modernization initiatives and define future-state roadmaps.
• Advisory & Solution Architecture: Advise on migrating from legacy CCM to cloud-based solutions.
• Advisory & Solution Architecture: Design scalable, omnichannel communications and define CRM/ERP/ECM/BPM integrations.
• Cloud Migration & Delivery: Lead CCM migration programs, data mapping, and workflow migrations.
• Cloud Migration & Delivery: Lead technical design and implementation activities including document generation, orchestration, and API integrations.
• Cloud Migration & Delivery: Mentor project teams and ensure deployments and operational readiness.
