Commify is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to lead a team of technical consultants and architect advanced omnichannel CPaaS solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as the primary technical authority in customer engagements, guiding chatbot design, workflows, and API integrations while mentoring your team and coordinating with Sales and Product.

You will partner with Sales to secure high-value deals and collaborate across Product, Delivery, and engineering to ensure competitive

• Led technical teams and managed client-facing environments with confidence.
• Solid background in designing conversational workflows and omnichannel solutions.
• Architected advanced CPaaS and omnichannel configurations for enterprise customers.
• Experience with REST APIs and core web technologies for bespoke reporting.
• Strong project and time management in multi-project delivery.
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
