Job summary

OpenText in the United Kingdom is looking for a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team. You will help architect OpenText solutions and migrate them to the cloud, working closely with delivery, presales and sales on end-to-end projects including AI initiatives.

You will advise customers on design and implementation, create solution concepts with technical documentation, and support presales with alignments and escalations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field is required.
• Experience in software development (ABAP, .NET, web tech) is expected.
• Familiar with IT architecture, cloud tech, databases and containers.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on design, implementation and migration of OpenText products.
• Create solution concepts and technical documentation and plans.
• Support presales, handle escalations, and align with customers.
