Job summary

• Senior catering experience in a large-scale establishment.
• Ability to manage operations within budget targets.
• Proven leadership to supervise and motivate a large team.
• Knowledge of menu planning, HACCP, COSHH and QA procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised.
