Job summary

St Cuthbert’s RC High School invites applications for a Catering Manager to lead the catering team and deliver an outstanding food service to the school community.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, proactive leader with strong communication skills, capable of managing a large team and delivering within budgetary targets while upholding safeguarding and Catholic ethos values.

Qualifications

• Qualified in catering with relevant certifications (NVQ2 / City & Guilds).
• Experience leading a catering operation, including budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills for a large team.
• Solid knowledge of menu planning, HACCP, COSHH, and quality assurance.
