Job summary

St Cuthbert's Roman Catholic High School, a Voluntary Academy, seeks an experienced catering lead to oversee operations in a large-scale school kitchen. You will manage a sizeable team, ensure budget targets are met, and uphold food safety standards with HACCP and COSHH knowledge.
