Job summary

Realm Recruit is assisting a Manchester-based specialist firm to hire a senior Serious Injury Solicitor. The role offers a clear path to leadership, with a highly flexible working model and a small, high-value caseload designed to prioritise client outcomes over volume.

Ideal candidates will have 7–8+ years' PQE in serious/catastrophic injury, strong causation and drafting skills, and a collaborative, empathetic approach. Remote options may be available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Senior/Serious or Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with around 7–8+ years' PQE
• Strong multi-track serious or catastrophic injury experience
• Experience dealing with complex causation
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work on complex schedules
• Excellent client relationship skills and empathy
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value matters
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach
• TBI experience
• Clinical negligence lawyers with transferable experience considered
